Warranty and Return Information
Helilids does not warranty products from other manufacturers. We do warranty products with the Helilids Label.
We will evaluate defective merchandise claims as needed and help direct the customer to the manufacturer contact.
Merchandise returns are only accepted for canopies damaged in shipment, Helilids Branded Products or products mispickead on our end.
