Warranty and Return Information
Helilids does not warranty products from other manufacturers. We do warranty products with the Helilids Label.
We will evaluate defective merchandise claims as needed and help direct the customer to the manufacturer contact. 
Merchandise returns are only accepted for canopies damaged in shipment, Helilids Branded Products  or products mispicked on our end. 
All returns must be approved in advance.  If a return is accepted for  non-damaged merchandise a 10% retocking fee.
